Researchers are testing if an online program helps people with MS, CIS, fibromyalgia, post-COVID conditions, and cancer in remission improve their diet and self-care. The trial will compare different ways of delivering the program: delayed question and answer sessions, a delayed course, immediate questions and answers, or an immediate course.
