What this study is about
This trial is testing two different approaches to help adults with long COVID who have brain fog and cognitive problems. One approach uses computer games, in-lab training on everyday tasks, procedures to transfer skills to daily life, and vagus nerve stimulation. The other approach uses computer games, relaxation training, healthy lifestyle education, procedures to integrate these changes into daily life, and vagus nerve stimulation. A subset of participants may receive vocational rehabilitation services.
