What this study is about

This trial is testing a mobile intervention to help older adults with knee or hip osteoarthritis pain reduce their pain, improve physical activity, and maintain weight loss. Participants will receive support through weekly meetings and coaching calls for 6 months, followed by a maintenance period where they try to continue the healthy behaviors on their own.
