This trial is testing the feasibility and acceptability of a nutrition intervention to help people with prediabetes. The goal is to see if it's possible to incorporate hands-on nutritional demonstrations into the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) curriculum at a federally qualified health center in Los Angeles.
